Truck Driver Physicals

Certified in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners as of May 16, 2014.  Number: 8470600343.  Premier Health Center offers Department of Transportation physical exams and federal drug testing for over-the-road truck drivers, and anyone who requires a physical examination for work. We also have a full service laboratory.

Hours are 8:30 to 11:30 and 1:00 to 4:00 Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 8:30 to Noon.  Office visits are by appointment only since the onslaught of COVID and the resulting staffing shortages.

Employee Physical Examinations

Premier Health Center offers employers a wide variety of options for their hiring and safety needs. We are the main provider of occupational medical services in the Tri-County area with a long list of industrial accounts.

Our physical exams are convenient, thorough, and inexpensive. With a large network of specialists our examiners are able to evaluate health issues which may slip by the average family medicine or internal medicine provider, and determine Fit-For-Duty status of those who present for examination whether it be for work or school.

Employee and school physicals are offered from 8:30 am – 11:30 am and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
